Chris Wallace asks Michele Bachmann if she is a 'flake'

01:10 This video is in its original context. However, to emphasize the unprofessionalism of Chris Wallace, I chose to modify the ending.
Regardless whether you support Senator Bachmann, or not, we should find this troubling from the mouth of a host from Fox. Chris Wallace has now opened the floodgates to other back-benchers, and in my personal opinion, spoke his ignorance.

US Senator Jim DeMint of South Carolina speaks in regards to the issue of the Debt Ceiling increase in exchange for a Balanced Budget Amendment, what would happen to the Republicans that would support it, and briefly speaks of the Republican Presidential candidates.
The Balanced Budget Amendment
1. Cut - Substantial cuts in spending that will reduce the deficit next year and thereafter.
2. Cap - Enforceable spending caps that will put federal spending on a path to a balanced budget.
3. Balance - Congressional passage of a Balanced Budget Amendment to the U.S. Constitution - but only if it includes both a spending limitation and a super-majority for raising taxes, in addition to balancing revenues and expenses.

Ben Stein says "Raise Taxes, Before the US Becomes Greece"
"People who make 2.5M a year should be heavier taxed, instead of those that make 250K per year."
I would propose, that those- not all, that are pulling in that kind of bank, are generally the ones creating jobs AND have the ability to increase their products and services to compensate for the tax increase. Us, the consumer, will alleviate that tax increase that Ben Stein proposes.
When will people wake up and see that there does not need a tax INCREASE, but rather a need for ALL to pay their share of taxes. My friends, when 50% of this country pulls the weight for the other 50%, there can be no justice- only heavier burden until all things collapse.

General George Smith Patton
In the age of sensitivity and Political Correctness, we find ourselves in a position of compromise, rather than a stand of strength. I often wonder, as many do, what would men of such stature and character of THEN, do in today's crisis?
God Bless our troops, veterans, fellow Americans, and those that hold to the standard of principle.
